摘要
本文根据滚动轴承发生损伤故障时振动信号的特点,利用带通数字滤波和希尔伯特变换。对电动机轴承振动信号进行处理,然后对包络信号作谱分析,再从包给谱中提取故障特征频率分量,以诊断电动机轴承故障.实验结果表明,这种诊断方法是很有效的.
According to. the fezture of vibration. signal of defective rolling bearing, the band pass digital filter and Hilbert transform are used in processing the vibration signal of motor bearing, and then FFT is used for analyzing the envelope signal. Faults of rolling bearing is diagnosed by extracting fault feature from envelope frequency speCtrum. The experimental results show that this diagnosis approach is very effective.
