摘要
目的探讨聚焦解决模式联合共情护理在急性心肌梗死PCI术后患者中的应用效果。方法采取便利抽样法,选取2020年3月—2023年3月于沧州市中心医院心内科接受PCI治疗的96例急性心肌梗死患者为研究对象。采用随机数字表法将患者随机分为试验组(n=48)与对照组(n=48)。对照组给予常规护理,试验组给予聚焦解决模式联合共情护理。比较两组患者的用药依从性、应对方式及满意度。结果干预后试验组患者的用药依从性、满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后试验组患者应对方式的面对评分高于对照组,回避、屈服评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论聚焦解决模式联合共情护理能够提高急性心肌梗死PCI术后患者的用药依从性,改善应对方式并提高患者满意度。
ObjectiveTo explore the application effects of the solution-focused approach combined with empathic nursing in patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI)after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).MethodsA total of 96 AMI patients who underwent PCI in the Department of Cardiology at Cangzhou Central Hospital from March 2020 to March 2023 were selected using convenience sampling.They were randomly assigned to an experimental group(n=48)and a control group(n=48)using a random number table.The control group received routine nursing care,while the experimental group received a solution-focused approach combined with empathic nursing.Medication adherence,coping strategies,and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups.ResultsAfter the intervention,medication adherence and satisfaction scores in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the differences werestatistically significant(P<0.05).Additionally,the experimental group scored higher in confrontation coping,and lower in avoidance and resignation coping than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).ConclusionsThe combination of a solution-focused approach and empathic nursing can effectively improve medication adherence,coping strategies,and patient satisfaction in AMI patients after PCI.
