摘要
本文梳理了H公司全面质量管理现状,总结了PDCA视角下该公司的质量管理实践,如保证质量规划与实际的契合度、提升质量方针的执行效率、完善质检部门机构建设、改进质量问题的处理方式等,并得出了质量规划强调预防为主、执行质量方针需刚柔并济、质量检测强调过程控制、处理质量问题需聚焦客户等管理启示,旨在为其他企业提高质量管理水平提供参考。
This paper reviews the current situation of total quality management in H Company and summarizes the company's quality management practices from the perspective of PDCA,such as ensuring the compatibility between quality planning and reality,improving the efficiency of quality policy implementation,perfecting the organizational structure of quality inspection departments,and improving the handling of quality issues.It also draws management inspirations such as emphasizing prevention as the main focus of quality planning,balancing rigidity and flexibility in implementing quality policies,emphasizing process control in quality testing,and focusing on customers in handling quality issues,in order to provide reference for other enterprises to improve their quality management level.
