摘要
银发经济是指向老年人提供产品或服务并为老龄阶段做准备等一系列经济活动。高质量发展银发经济不仅有助于解决人口老龄化带来的一系列社会经济问题,更是推动科技创新、促进产业升级和社会进步的重要力量。发展银发经济是我国积极应对人口老龄化、促进经济高质量发展的战略选择。政府、市场与技术分别扮演“规则制定者”“效率实现者”和“创新引擎”的角色,三者协同可形成“政策引导需求—市场响应供给—技术突破瓶颈”的良性循环。政府、市场、技术协同驱动银发经济高质量发展的路径在于:以市场需求为源动力、以技术创新为驱动力、以政策保障为支撑力。在政策上,通过制度保障、技术创新、产业升级的深度融合,真正将“银发需求潜力”转化为“长寿经济新动能”。
Silver economy refers to a series of economic activities including providing products or services to the elderly and preparing for the aging stage.The high-quality development of the silver economy not only helps address a series of socio-economic challenges brought by population aging but also serves as a vital force driving technological innovation,industrial upgrading,and social progress.The development of silver economy is a strategic choice for China to actively respond to population aging and promote high-quality economic development.Government,market and technology respectively play the roles of“rule maker”,“efficiency achiever”and“innovation engine”.The three can form a virtuous cycle of“policy guiding demand-market responding to supply-technological breakthrough of bottlenecks”.The path for the government,market and technology to drive the high-quality development of silver economy lies in taking market demand as the source of power,technological innovation as the driving force and policy guarantee as the supporting force.In terms of policies,through the deep integration of institutional guarantees,technological innovation and industrial upgrading,the“silver demand potential”should be truly transformed into“new momentum of longevity economy”.
