车站数字化轨道电路数字控制单元测试方法与实现

摘要 车站数字化轨道电路是基于国内普速铁路25 Hz轨道电路叠加ZPW-2000电码化和高铁一体化ZPW-2000轨道电路运用的实际情况,通过系统集约化、结构小型化、设备数字化,研制的新型轨道电路装备。其中数字控制单元负责实现原2000A轨道电路中发送器和接收器的功能。此新型设备完成研发时,须有对应的测试方法测试设备的功能指标。找到正确可操作的测试方法,对实现数字控制单元批量调试、生产尤为重要。 The digital track circuits in stations represent a new type of track circuit equipment developed based on the actual situation in China,where 25 Hz track circuits overlaying ZPW-2000A coding are applied in ordinary speed railways,while integrated ZPW-2000 track circuits are applied in high-speed rail.This new type of equipment is developed through system intensifi cation,structural miniaturization,and equipment digitization.The digital control unit is responsible for realizing the functions of the transmitters and receivers in the original 2000A track circuits.Now the new type of equipment has been developed,corresponding testing methods must be established to test the functional indicators of the equipment.Finding the correct and actionable testing method is particularly important for achieving batch debugging and production of the digital control units.
