摘要
微藻在生物净化富含大量有机物以及TN、TP等营养物质的畜禽养殖废水方面有巨大的潜力。该研究将气升式光生物反应器与微藻养殖跑道池进行模块化组合,构建了微藻高效处理畜禽养殖废水系统,通过系统集约化、标准化工艺流程,建立工艺参数智能模型,使微藻在养殖以及净化废水过程中可满足各种工艺条件及微藻生长多种变量参数的控制需求,让微藻培养、规模化养殖和畜禽养殖废水净化在一个系统内完成,实现了畜禽养殖废水资源化利用,为养殖废水处理提供一种高效低成本且具有生态价值的生产模式。该系统有集成化、高效稳定、参数工艺可调控、生产流程标准化、智能化等优势。
Microalgae have great potential in biopurification of livestock and poultry breeding wastewater rich in large amounts of organic matter and nutrients such as TN and TP.In this study,the airlift photobioreactor and the microalgae breeding runway tank were modularly combined to construct a system for the efficient treatment of livestock and poultry breeding wastewater by microalgae,and an intelligent model of process parameters was established through systematic intensification and standardisation of the process flow,so that the microalgae could meet the control needs of various process conditions and various variable parameters of microalgae growth in the process of breeding and purifying wastewater,so that microalgae cultivation,large-scale breeding and livestock and poultry breeding wastewater purification could be completed in one system,and the resource utilisation of livestock and poultry breeding wastewater was realised.It provides an efficient,low-cost and ecologically valuable production mode for aquaculture wastewater treatment.The system has integrated,efficient and stable,and the parameters and processes can be controlled,standardization of production process,intelligence and other advantages.
