轨道电路设备数字功放模块的设计与实现

摘要 ZPW-2000A轨道电路是一种用于持续监测列车位置并提供前方区段空闲信息的关键安全设备,广泛应用于国内铁路系统。随着能源消耗的增加和环保要求的提升,提高轨道电路发送器的效率变得尤为重要。现有系统中使用的乙类推挽放大器效率低下、功耗高、发热严重。数字功放(D类功放)作为一种高效率的功率放大技术,能够显著提升发送器的效率,降低能耗,减少发热,提高系统可靠性和设备寿命。详细分析D类功放的工作原理及其在轨道电路中的应用,并通过Python仿真验证了其性能优势。 ZPW-2000A track circuits are critical safety devices used for continuously monitoring train positions and providing information on the availability of the sections ahead.They are widely used in the domestic railway systems of China.With the increase in energy consumption and the strengthening of environmental protection requirements,improving the efficiency of track circuit transmitters has become crucial.The current systems employ Class B push-pull amplifiers,which suffer from low efficiency,high power consumption,and severe heat generation.Digital amplifiers(Class D amplifi ers),as a high-effi ciency power amplifi cation technology,can signifi cantly enhance transmitter efficiency,reduce energy consumption,lower heat generation,and improve system reliability and equipment lifespan.This paper provides a detailed analysis of the working principles of Class D amplifi ers and their application in track circuits and validates their performance advantages through Python simulations.
