摘要
目的 探究巴曲酶治疗脑梗死的效果及对患者神经功能的影响。方法 选择南通市海门区三厂街道中心卫生院2020年1月至2024年7月收治的急性脑梗死患者58例,以治疗方法差异分组,对照组(n=29)在常规支持治疗基础上予尤瑞克林,研究组(n=29)在常规支持治疗基础上予巴曲酶治疗。对两组治疗效果、神经功能、日常生活能力、血液流变学指标及不良反应进行比较。结果 研究组治疗有效率较对照组高,P<0.05。研究组治疗后NIHSS评分(9.37±1.22)分较对照组低,ADL评分(62.55±7.23)分较对照组高,P<0.05。治疗后研究组血浆黏度(1.18±0.14)mPa·s、全血高切黏度(3.02±0.46)mPa·s、全血低切黏度(6.77±1.06)mPa·s、纤维蛋白原(2.37±0.59)g/L均较对照组低,P<0.05。两组不良反应率比较,P>0.05。结论 巴曲酶治疗脑梗死的效果确切,能减轻患者神经功能缺损,改善血液流变学,增强日常生活能力,且不良反应少。
Objective:To explore the effect of batroxobin in the treatment of cerebral infarction and its influence on neurological function of patients.Methods:Fifty-eight patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted to Sanchang Subdistrict Central Health Center in Haimen District of Nantong City from January 2020 to July 2024 were divided into two groups according to the difference of treatment methods.The control group(n=29)was given urokinase on the basis of routine supportive treatment,and the research group(n=29)was given batroxobin on the basis of routine supportive treatment.The therapeutic effect、neurological function、daily living ability、hemorheology index and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results:The effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,P<0.05.After treatment,the NIHSS score(9.37±1.22)in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the ADL score(62.55±7.23)was higher than that in the control group,P<0.05.After treatment,Plasma viscosity(1.18±0.14)mPa·s、whole blood high shear viscosity(3.02±0.46)mPa·s、whole blood low shear viscosity(6.77±1.06)mPa·s and fibrinogen(2.37±0.59)g/L in the study group were lower than those in the control group,P<0.05.The adverse reaction rate of the two groups was compared,P>0.05.Conclusion:Batroxobin is effective in the treatment of cerebral infarction,which can alleviate the neurological deficit,improve hemorheology and enhance the ability of daily living with few adverse reactions.
