摘要
目的 分析涟水县2008-2023年手足口病的发病特征,为进一步做好该病的防治工作提供依据。方法 按市监测方案要求,从“大疫情系统”中导出2008-2023年涟水县手足口病疫情资料,对其中5%手足口病患儿的咽拭子标本进行肠道病毒71型(EV71)、柯萨奇病毒A16型(CoxA16)和其他肠道病毒核酸检测,分析各型手足口病发病情况。结果 涟水县手足口病年均发病率为26.00/10万(累计报告4390例),无死亡病例;全年均有发病,发病高峰期在4-6月,占全年发病总数的61.28%(2690/4390);男性发病多于女性,5岁以下儿童病例占96.36%(4230/4390);散居儿童占总发病数的87.29%(3832/4390)。城区与农村发病率分别为59.54/10万、27.82/10万,两者比较,P<0.05。患儿中,EV71阳性率为21.07%,CoxA16阳性率为为33.75%,其他肠道病毒阳性率为45.18%。结论 在今后的工作中,涟水县应从抓好传染病防控的三个环节着手,通俗易懂地普及手足口病防控知识,推介肠道病毒EV71型疫苗的预防接种。
Objective:To analyze the characteristics of hand foot and mouth disease(HFMD)in Lianshui County from 2008 to 2023,and to provide evidence for further prevention and treatment of HFMD.Methods:According to the requirements of the municipal surveillance program,the epidemic data of hand,foot and mouth disease in Lianshui county from 2008 to 2023 were screened from the“epidemic system”,and the throat swabs of 5%children with hand,foot and mouth disease were detected for enterovirus 71(EV71)、coxsackie virus A16(CoxA16)and other enterovirus nucleic acids,and the incidence of various types of hand foot and mouth disease was analyzed.Results:The average annual incidence of hand foot and mouth disease in Lianshui County was 26.00/100000(4390 cases were reported),and there were no deaths.Incidence occurs all year round,with the peak period from April to June,accounting for 61.28%(2690/4390)of the total annual incidence.Male cases are more than female cases,and children under 5 years old account for 96.36%(4230/4390).Scattered children accounted for 87.29%(3832/4390)of the total cases.The incidence rates in urban and rural areas were 59.54/100000 and 27.82/100000,respectively,compared with each other,P<0.05.Among the children,the positive rates of EV71、CoxA16 and other enteroviruses were 21.07%、33.75%and 45.18%respectively.Conclusion:In the future work,Lianshui County should start from three aspects of infectious disease prevention and control,popularize the knowledge of hand,foot and mouth disease prevention and control,and promote the vaccination of enterovirus EV71 vaccine.
