摘要
为筛选适合阿拉尔地区种植的较强耐盐性水稻品种,以自育的6个水稻品种为材料,在不同NaCl溶液浓度(0、3、6、9 g/L)胁迫下对种子发芽期的耐盐性进行鉴定与评价。结果表明,NaCl溶液胁迫对水稻种子的发芽起抑制作用,且随浓度的增加抑制作用逐渐增强,尤其在高浓度时抑制作用极显著,在9 g/L NaCl溶液单盐处理下种子的发芽势、发芽率、株高、主根长和根数显著下降,分别下降68%、46.5%、3.74 cm、6.77 cm、4.17根。以9 g/L NaCl溶液单盐处理种子发芽率为标准作为耐盐评价指标,筛选出芽期耐盐性较强的有2个品种:阿农粳8号、阿农粳香3号,为3级,耐盐性中等的3个品种:阿农粳7号、阿农粳香2号、阿农粳香1号为5级。
To screen for rice varieties with strong salt tolerance suitable for planting in Alar,six self-bred rice lines were used as materials to identify and evaluate their salt tolerance during the seed germination period under different NaCl solution concentrations(0,3,6,9 g/L).The showed that NaCl solution stress inhibited the germination of rice seeds,and the inhibition increased with the increase in concentration,especially at high concentrations,where the was extremely significant.Under the treatment of 9 g/L NaCl,the seed germination potential,germination rate,plant height,main root length,and of roots significantly decreased,by 68%,46.5%,3.74 cm,6.77 cm,and 4.17,respectively.Using the seed germination rate under 9 g/L NaCl treatment as the standard for salt tolerance evaluation,two varieties with strong tolerance during the germination period were selected:Anongjing8 and Anongjing Xiang3,which were rated as level 3.Three with moderate salt tolerance were also identified:Anongjing7,Anongjing Xiang2,and Anongjing Xiang1,which rated as level 5.
