摘要
利用 2 2个粳稻品种 ,在不同低温胁迫、不同处理天数下进行水稻芽期耐冷性鉴定 ,并提出了适合于粳稻芽期耐冷性的鉴定方法。研究结果表明 ,在低温胁迫和不同天数的处理中 ,以 2℃ / 6d低温胁迫下的 2 2个粳稻品种死苗率的方差和变异范围表现为最大 ,并且死苗率的分布比较合理 ,据此认为该低温胁迫对于粳稻芽期耐冷性鉴定是比较合适的胁迫条件。在2℃ / 6d低温胁迫下 ,靖粳 7号、辐优 1号、合系 15、沈农 15、东农 4 2 2、滇系 1号等品种芽期耐冷性属 3级 ,为强耐冷性品种 ;
The cold tolerance at the budburst period (CTBP) for 22 japonica rices was characterized under different low temperature and different days of treatment,and the characterization method of CTBP for japonica rice was proposed. Variance and range of variation for dead seedling rate of 22 japonica rices under 2℃/6d low temperature treatment appeared greatest difference among different treatment of low temperature × treatment days (3×5),and the distribution of dead seedling rate was reasonable. The 2℃/6d low temperature treatment method was suggested to evaluate CTBP for japonica rice. Jingjing 7, Fuyou 1, Hexi 15, Dongnong 422,Dianxi 1 belong to 3 grade, its CTBP were strong. The CTBP of Japonica rices from Yunnan province was more strong than Japonica rices from the northeast of China.
