新时代广东普通本科院校体育教学评价指标体系构建研究

Research on the Construction of Evaluation Index System for Physical Education Teaching in Guangdong Ordinary Undergraduate Colleges in the New Era

摘要 科学评价普通本科院校体育教学的实施效果及目标质量,需要建立符合教学实践及相应教学理念的教学评价指标体系。采用特尔菲法,以无记名形式向相关专家发放结构化专家问卷,经过三轮专家问卷,最终确定得出由5个一级指标和25个二级指标两个指标层级组成的新时代广东普通本科院校体育教学评价指标。运用层次分析法,结合访谈调查结果和政策,构建出适用于广东普通本科院校体育教学评价的指标体系。针对新时代广东普通本科院校体育教学评价指标体系进行构建和探讨,旨在稳步推进高校体育教学工作,为体育教学有效评估提供启迪,为教育管理部门、高校体育管理者、教师、学生等下一阶段体育教学和评价工作指引方向。 To scientifically evaluate the implementation effect and target quality of physical education teaching in ordinary undergraduate colleges,it is necessary to establish a teaching evaluation index system that is in line with teaching practice and corresponding teaching concepts.Firstly,the Delphi Method was used to distribute a structured expert questionnaire in anonymous form to relevant experts.After three rounds of expert questionnaires,the evaluation indicators for physical education teaching in Guangdong ordinary undergraduate colleges in the new era were finally determined,consisting of two levels of indicators:five primary indicators and 25 secondary indicators.Then,using the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP),combined with interview survey results and policies,a set of indicators suitable for evaluating physical education teaching in ordinary undergraduate colleges in Guangdong was constructed.This study constructs and explores the evaluation index system for physical education teaching in ordinary undergraduate colleges in Guangdong Province in the new era,aiming to ensure the steady progress of physical education teaching work in universities,provide inspiration for effective evaluation of physical education teaching,and guide the direction of the following stage of physical education teaching and evaluation work for education management departments,university physical education managers,teachers,students,etc.
