The Application of Teaching Evaluation Theory in Straight Hurdle Teaching

摘要 运用布卢姆的教学评价理论,结合跨栏技术发展的特点,提出了一套适合于体育学院跨栏教学的评定方法。在体育系各年级的教学中运用该方法取得了初步效果。对教学过程的系统评定可以根据教学任务完成的程度,及时获得反馈而进行教学调整。所述方法可改变班级群体教学单一的评价形式,调动学生的积极性与自觉性,鼓励学生进行自我调整和改进学习方法,从而获得更良好的教学效果。 A set of evaluating methods suitabte for hurd1e teaching in physical education college was devel oped. The method, applying Biooms theory of teaching evaluation and combining with the characteristics of technical development of hurdle, has achieved initial effect in the experiment at different grades of physicai e ducation department. Systematic evaluation in the process of teaching may examine the extent to which the task and object is realized and obtain timely feedback and adjustment. The method described can change the monotonous form of evaluation of collective teaching and can improve learning effectiveness by mobilizing ini tiative of students and cncouraging them to make self-adjustment and modifying learning methods.
