摘要
实数融合推动生产力由传统增长路径转向质效并重的数字驱动型,是新质生产力形成的重要环节和驱动力。选取我国2011—2022年省级面板数据,测度区域实数融合程度和新质生产力发展水平,并探究二者之间的影响效应与作用机制。研究发现,实数融合对新质生产力具有显著的促进作用,实数融合程度每提升1%,新质生产力会增长0.52%。机制分析结果表明,实数融合可以通过技术创新和产业结构升级推动新质生产力发展。空间杜宾模型结果显示,实数融合对新质生产力具有显著的空间溢出效应。未来应进一步聚焦实数融合的核心驱动作用,鼓励高水平创新,推动产业转型升级,打造区域增长极,因地制宜发展新质生产力。
The integration of real and digital economy is an important part and driving force for the formation of new quality productivity,which promotes productivity to get rid of the traditional growth path and gradually shift to the digital-driven type focusing on efficiency and quality.Based on provincial panel data of China from 2011 to 2022,this paper measures the digital-real integration degree and the development level of new quality productivity respectively,then explores the possible effects and mechanisms between them.The results demonstrate a significant positive effect of real-digital integration on the development of new quality productivity,when the degree of real-digital integration increases by 1%,the new quality productivity will increase by 0.52%.Mechanism testing indicates that technological innovation and industrial structure upgrading play a mediating role in the influence of real-digital integration on the development of new quality productivity.The spatial econometric model shows that,the spatial spillover effect of real-digital integration on new quality productivity is significant.It is necessary to focus on the core driving role of real-digital integration,encourage high-level innovation,promote industrial transformation and upgrading,create regional growth poles,supporting the development of new quality productivity better.Localities should take into account their own integration level of real and digital economy,put forward differentiated development policy,developing new quality productivity forces according to local conditions.
