摘要
矩形容器是压力容器中比较特殊的一种结构,其设计计算可以采用GB/T150附录A进行规则设计,但附录A所计算的容器仅仅考虑内压载荷引起的薄膜应力和弯曲应力,对于其他机械载荷引起的局部应力并不能计算。针对这种情况,本文采用GB/T150附录A对容器整体结构进行设计,采用分析设计方法对局部应力复杂区进行设计,采用两种设计方法结合的方法完成矩形容器设计。本文通过局部的分析计算,针对高应力区进行局部加强,使结构满足强度要求。
The rectangular container is a relatively special structure among pressure vessels.Its design calculation can be carried out using the rules in Appendix A of GB/T150.However,the containers calculated in Appendix A only consider the membrane stress and bending stress caused by internal pressure load,and cannot calculate the local stress caused by other mechanical loads.In response to this situation,this article uses Appendix A of GB/T150 to design the overall structure of the container,adopts an analytical design method to design the complex areas of local stress,and combines the two design methods to complete the design of the rectangular container.Through local analysis and calculation,this article focuses on local reinforcement in high-stress areas to ensure that the structure meets the strength requirements.
