摘要
基于抗弯截面系数相等的原则,合理简化了医药冻干机封板的加强结构,建立了冻干机矩形容器加筋封板的有限元分析模型,分析了封板的应力分布规律,验证了所建立模型的合理性,并讨论了不同板厚对封板应力的影响。
Based on the principle of equal section modulus in bending, the stiffened structure of the lyophilizer sealing plate was reasonably simplified, the finite element analysis model of stiffened sealing plate for rectangular container in lyophilizer was established, the stress distribution law of the sealing plate was analyzed, the rationality of the established model was verified, and the influence of different plate thickness on the sealing plate stress was discussed.
