一种闭锁机构的闭锁力影响因素的研究 被引量:3

Influencing factors of the locking force of a locking mechanism

摘要 针对减少火箭炮闭锁机构常规设计过程中机构试制和闭锁力测试次数的问题,对脱钩过程中挂钩与火箭弹接触面摩擦系数、不同加载载荷及不同质量火箭弹3种影响闭锁力变化的因素进行了分析研究。采用Abaqus/Explicit显示非线性动态分析法,模拟了某火箭弹在发射过程中闭锁机构挂钩的脱钩过程,对该型闭锁机构的工作机理进行了研究,对影响闭锁机构在工作过程中影响闭锁力的因素进行了定量分析。研究结果表明:当弹体质量增加50%,脱钩时间和闭锁力均增加13.4%左右;通过实验测试数据和模拟结果对比,结果表明,模拟分析结果与实际情况误差最大为1.5%,误差小、可信度高。 In order to reduce the number of mechanism trials and latching force tests during the conventional design process of the rocket gun locking mechanism, the factors affecting the change of the locking force between the hook and the rocket contact surface friction coefficient, different loading loads and different mass rockets during the decoupling process were carried out. The Abaqus/Explicit was used to display the nonlinear dynamic analysis method, the decoupling process of the locking mechanism hook of a rocket during the launching process was simulated. The working mechanism of the locking mechanism was studied, which affected the locking mechanism in the working process. The factors affecting the blocking force were quantitatively analyzed. The results show that when the mass of the projectile increases by 50%, the decoupling time and the blocking force increase by about 13.4%. By comparing the experimental data of the projectile quality and the simulation results, the simulation analysis shows that the error between the simulation analysis and the actual situation is 1.5%, the error is small, and the credibility is high.
