摘要
某传动齿轮在试车时发生断裂现象,采用宏观观察、扫描电镜分析、化学成分分析、金相检验、硬度测试等方法对20CrMoA钢齿轮的断裂原因进行分析。结果表明:齿轮呈过载断裂特征,粗大的马氏体组织、高硬度及较深的有效硬化层降低了材料的力学性能,最终导致齿轮断裂。
The fracture of a transmission gear occurred during the test run.The fracture reasons of 20CrMoA steel gear were analyzed by means of macroscopic observation,scanning electron microscope analysis,chemical composition analysis,metallographic examination and hardness test.The results show that the gear was characterized by overload fracture.The coarse martensite structure,high hardness and deep effective hardening layer reduced the mechanical properties of the material,which eventually led to the fracture of the gear.
