摘要
根据齿轮在试验过程中出现的异常断裂,对其采样后进行了金相组织、理化分析。结果表明,材料显微组织粗大是该齿轮轮齿脆性断裂的主要原因,而晶粒粗大表明该齿轮在渗碳淬火过程中出现过热,即热处理温度太高。
According to the abnormal fracture of the gear in the course of the experiment, the microstructure and physical and chemical analysis were carried out after sampling. Results show that the coarse microstructure of the material is the main reason for the brittle fracture of the gear teeth, and the coarse grain indicates that the gear is overheated in the process of carburizing and quenching. That is, the heat treatment temperature is too high.
