摘要
加强公立医院党建工作与中心工作深度融合,是落实全面从严治党战略布局的关键任务。构建党建工作和事业发展融合考核评价体系,是切实推动党建工作与事业发展互融共促的重要举措,也是摆在公立医院面前的重要课题。本研究以四川大学华西医院为依托,根据不同内设机构类型,差异化设计7个一级指标及其权重,涵盖公立医院党建与事业发展的各项重点导向性目标,建立融合考核的标准,研究融合考核方式,构建融合考核指标体系,强化融合考核结果应用,让党建工作与事业发展融合考核真正在公立医院高质量发展中发挥指挥棒作用,形成党建事业发展融合考核体系。
Strengthening the deep integration of Party building and core operations in public hospitals is a key task in implementing the comprehensive and strict governance of the Party.Constructing an integrated assessment and evaluation system for Party building and institutional development is crucial for promoting their mutual advancement and is an important issue facing public hospitals.Based on practices at West China Hospital of Sichuan University,this study designs seven primary indicators with differentiated weights according to the type of internal departments,encompassing key directive goals for Party building and institutional development.It establishes standards,methods,and indicator systems for integrated assessment,and emphasizes the application of results to ensure the assessment system truly acts as a guiding force in the high-quality development of public hospitals.
