摘要
目的:了解当前国内公立医院党建的研究现状和发展趋势,为专家学者和有关机构开展后续研究和实践探索提供参考。方法:以2007-2022年中国知网(CNKI)数据库中与“公立医院党建”相关的论文作为数据来源,利用CiteSpace软件对公立医院党建领域相关研究文献的作者、机构、引用、关键词等进行文献计量分析。结果:从文献量来看,2018年开始国内学者研究的热度明显上升,呈持续增长趋势。结论:公立医院党建研究的广度和深度还有待进一步提升,高水平文献的发文量和创新性研究内容需要进一步丰富,政府和主管部门研究力量应当增强,以推动公立医院党建研究更加丰富、不断提升研究价值。
Objective:To understand the current research status and development trend of Party building in public hospitals in China,and to provide a reference for experts,scholars,and relevant institutions to carry out follow-up research and practical exploration.Methods:The papers related to"Party building in public hospitals"in the database of China Knowledge Network(CNKI)from 2007 to 2022 were used as the data source,and CiteSpace software was used to conduct a bibliometric analysis of authors,institutions,citations,and keywords in the research literature related to Party building in public hospitals.Results:In terms of the volume of literature,the hotness of domestic scholars'research has increased significantly since 2018,showing a continuous growth trend.Conclusion:The breadth and depth of Party building research in public hospitals needs to be further improved,the amount of high-level literature and innovative research content needs to be further enriched,and the research power of government and competent departments should be enhanced to promote richer Party building research in public hospitals and continuously improve the research value.
