摘要
在加强公立医院党的建设及浙江省全面推进数字化改革的新时代背景下,如何以信息化建设为依托,推动党建引领高质量发展,是当前公立医院所要研究的重要课题。本文以温州医科大学附属第一医院为例,对医院加强党建信息化建设、夯实基层组织、聚焦中心工作、健全党建考核机制,切实发挥党支部战斗堡垒作用和党员先锋模范作用,推动党建业务融合发展的举措和成效进行总结分析,为公立医院党建引领高质量发展提供经验借鉴。
In the context of strengthening the Party building of public hospitals and the new era of comprehensive promotion of digital reform in Zhejiang Province,how to rely on information construction to promote Party building to lead high-quality development is an important topic for public hospitals to study.Taking the First Affiliated Hospital of Wenzhou Medical University as an example,this paper strengthens the information construction of Party building,consolidates grass-roots organizations,focuses on central work,and improves the Party building assessment mechanism for the hospital.The measures and results of development are summarized and analyzed to provide experience and reference for the Party building of public hospitals to lead high-quality development.
