原生家庭对高职学生心理成长的影响及应对策略探析

摘要 原生家庭是个体出生后最早接触的社会系统,也是个体自我发展和人格塑造的关键场域,在高职学生心理发展和社会化过程中有着不可替代的作用。近年来,高职学生的心理健康问题逐渐凸显,引起了社会各界的广泛关注。因此,必须洞悉高职学生特有的心理特质,明晰原生家庭对高职学生心理带来的负面挑战及成因,进而从家庭、学校、社会和学生个体四个层面提出有效的应对策略。 The original family is the earliest social system that an individual comes into contact with after birth,and it is also a key field for an individual’s self-development and personality-shaping,playing an irreplaceable role in the psychological development and socialization process of higher vocational students.In recent years,the mental health problems of higher vocational students have gradually become prominent,attracting widespread at⁃tention from all sectors of society.Therefore,it is necessary to understand the unique psychological traits of higher vocational students,clarify the negative challenges and causes that the original family brings to the psychology of higher vocational students,and then propose effective coping strategies from the four levels of family,school,soci⁃ety and individual students.
