摘要
以红景天为原料,采用酶解-超声复合法提取红景天多糖。以多糖得率为指标,在单因素试验的基础上通过响应面法优化提取工艺,并对红景天多糖的抗氧化活性进行分析。结果表明:提取红景天多糖的最佳工艺条件为液料比23∶1(mL/g)、酶解时间79 min、酶解温度52℃、pH 4.2、超声时间45 min,在此条件下红景天多糖的得率为9.12%。抗氧化试验结果显示,红景天多糖对DPPH、ABTS自由基均具有较好的清除能力,表明其具有较强的抗氧化能力。
Using Rhodiola crenulata as raw material,Rhodiola crenulata polysaccharides was extracted by enzymatic hydrolysis-ultrasound composite method.Taking polysaccharide yield as the index,the extraction process was optimized through response surface methodology based on single factor experiments,and the antioxidant activity of Rhodiola crenulata polysaccharides was analyzed.The results showed that the optimal conditions were liquid-to-solid ratio 23:1(mL/g),enzymatic hydrolysis time 79 min,enzymatic hydrolysis temperature 52℃,pH 4.2,and ultrasound time 45 min.Under these conditions,the yield of Rhodiola crenulata polysaccharide was 9.12%.The antioxidant tests showed that Rhodiola crenulata polysaccharides had good scavenging ability for DPPH and ABTS free radicals,indicating that it had strong antioxidant capacity.
