摘要
以双齿席夫碱5-[(4-ethylbenzylidene)amino]quinolin-8-ol(HL1)、5-{[(1,1'-biphenyl)-4-ylmethylene]amino}quinolin-8-ol(HL_(2))为配体,与Sm(acac)_(3)·2H_(2)O反应,通过溶剂热法,设计与构筑了2例结构新颖的Sm_(4)配合物[Sm_(4)(L1)_(6)(acac)_(4)(μ_(3)-OH)_(2)]·CH_(3)CN(1)和[Sm_(4)(L2)6(acac)_(4)(μ_(3)-OH)_(2)]·CH_(3)CN(2),其中Hacac=乙酰丙酮。单晶X射线衍射分析表明:配合物1和2结构相似,其结构主要由4个Sm(Ⅲ)离子、4个acac^(-)、6个L_(1)-或L_(2)-以及2个μ_(3)-OH-组成。中心的4个Sm(Ⅲ)离子通过6个μ_(2)-O和2个μ_(3)-OH-相互连接,形成一个菱形的Sm_(4)核心。采用紫外光谱法、循环伏安法和荧光光谱法研究了配合物1和2与小牛胸腺DNA(CTDNA)之间的相互作用。研究表明,配合物1和2与CTDNA的相互作用是插入结合。
Two new tetranuclea Sm(Ⅲ)-based complexes with the formula[Sm_(4)(L1)6(acac)4(μ_(3)-OH)_(2)]·CH_(3)CN(1)and[Sm_(4)(L_(2))_(6)(acac)_(4)(μ_(3)-OH)2]·CH_(3)CN(2)(Hacac=acetylacetone)have been constructed via the solvothermal method by using Schiff base ligands 5-[(4-ethylbenzylidene)amino]quinolin-8-ol(HL1)and 5-{[(1,1'-biphenyl)-4-ylmethylene]amino}quinolin-8-ol(HL2)reacting with Sm(acac)_(3)·2H_(2)O.Single-crystal X-ray diffraction reveals that complexes 1 and 2 have similar structures,and their structures are mainly composed of four Sm(Ⅲ)ions,four acac-ions,six L_(1)^(-)or L_(2)^(-)ions,and two μ_(3)-OH^(-)ions.The four central Sm(Ⅲ)ions are connected by six μ_(2)-O atoms and two μ_(3)-OH-atoms forming a rhombic Sm_(4) core.The interaction between clusters 1 and 2 and calf thymus DNA(CTDNA)was studied by ultraviolet spectroscopy,cyclic voltammetry,and fluorescence spectroscopy.The results reveal that complexes 1 and 2 could bind to CTDNA mainly by intercalation.CCDC:2365057,1;2365318,2.
