摘要
采用电化学方法和光谱分析方法研究壳聚糖CTS-Cu(Ⅱ)配合物与CT-DNA作用机理,实验表明:在pH= 5.00的缓冲溶液体系中,CT-DNA与该配合物主要以静电方式相互作用。
The interaction of chitosan(CTS)- Cu(Ⅱ) complex with CT-DNA was studied by UV-Vis absorption spectrometry and the electrochemical method. It was found that the interaction of chitosan(CTS)-Cu (Ⅱ) complex with CT-DNA was based on electrostatic binding,when pH of the solution was 5.00.
