摘要
以稀土氯化物、2-氨基-4,6-二甲氧基嘧啶为原料,制备了一类新型稀土配合物,通过元素分析、红外光谱、紫外光谱等手段对其进行了表征,确定了该配合物的化学组成:RE2(ADP)(H2O)2Cl3(RE=La3+,Sm3+,Y3+,Er3+,ADP=2-氨基-4,6-二甲氧基嘧啶),抗菌实验结果表明:稀土配合物对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌有较强的抑制作用,抗菌谱广.用MTT法对配合物使癌细胞凋亡能力做了初步研究,证明其具有使癌细胞凋亡的效果.
Novel ternary complexes of rare earth ions ( RE : La^3+ , Sm^3 + , y^3 + , Er^3+ ) with 2-amino-4,6-dlmethoxypyrimidine were synthesized. Basd on elemental analysis, FT - IR and UV - VIS, the compositions of these complexes were determined as Re2 (ADP) (H2O)2 Cl3. All these complexes exhibit antibacterial ability against Eseheriehia eoli, Staphylococcus aureus with a broad antimierobial spectrum. MTr was used to study the anticancer ability of the complexes, which demonstrated that the cancer cells were withered by these complexes.
