摘要
“食郁”由金元四大家之一的朱丹溪提出,属于六郁之一。食郁证始于气机郁滞之气郁证,以情志外伤及脏气易郁为病因,表现为精神抑郁、纳少腹胀、脉象沉紧滑等。食郁理论可用于指导消化系统疾病治疗,包括反流性食管炎、功能性消化不良、溃疡性结肠炎等。从食郁理论出发,以调畅气机,和胃降逆等方法,方用越鞠丸、六郁汤、枳术丸等化解食郁以治疗消化系统疾病。本文总结了众位医家对食郁理论及其指导疾病治疗的认识,以供参考。
“Diet Stagnation Theory”is one of the“Six stagnation Theory”,which was put forward by Zhu Danxi,one of the four famous physicians of the Jin and Yuan period.Diet stagnation pattern begins with qi depression pattern.Its pathogenesis include emotional trauma and internal organs depression.It manifests itself as mental depression,low food intake and abdominal distension.Its pulse is usually deep,tight and slippery.Diet stagnation theory can be used to guide the treatment of digestive disorders which involve reflux esophagitis,functional dyspepsia,ulcerative colitis and so on.Starting from the diet stagnation theory,using the method of regulating qi activity,harmonizing the stomach and down bearing counterflow and the prescription of“Yueju pill”“Liuyu decoction”“Zhizhu pill”to relieve diet stagnation to treat digestive disorders.This paper summarizes the doctors’understanding of the diet stagnation theory and its guiding treatment of diseases for reference.
