摘要
目的:观察增液汤联合枳术丸加减辅治儿童功能性便秘(functional constipation,FC)津亏热结型的效果。方法:120例随机分为西药组、中药组、中西医组各40例。西药组予以双歧杆菌四联活菌片治疗,中药组予以增液汤联合枳术丸加减治疗,中西医组予以双歧杆菌四联活菌片联合中药治疗。结果:中西医组总有效率高于中药组及西药组(P<0.05)。治疗后3组中医主要证候积分均低于治疗前且中西医组低于中药组及西药组(P<0.05)。3组排便时间、排便周期及排便困难程度、大便评分均有改善,且中药组及中西医组改善程度大于西医组(P<0.05)。中西医组及中药组治疗1个月后便秘复发率低于西药组(P>0.05)。3组不良反应发生率比较无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:增液汤联合枳术丸加减辅治小儿功能性便秘津亏热结型临床疗效较好,且安全。
Objective:To observe the effect of Zengye Decoction combined with Zhizhu Pills in the treatment of functional constipation(FC)in children.Methods:A total of 120 cases were randomly divided into western medicine group,Chinese medicine group,Chinese and western medicine group,with 40 cases in each group.The western medicine group was treated with Bifidobacterium Tetravaccine Tablets.The Chinese medicine group was treated with Zengye Decoction combined with Zhizhu Pills,and the Chinese and western medicine group was treated with Bifidobacterium Tetravaccine Tablets combined with Chinese medicine.Results:The total effective rate of the Chinese and western medicine group was higher than that of the Chinese medicine group and the western medicine group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of main TCM syndromes in the three groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in the integrated Chinese and western medicine group were lower than the Chinese medicine group and the western medicine group(P<0.05).The defecation time,defecation cycle,defecation difficulty and stool score of the three groups were improved,and the improvement of the Chinese medicine group and the Chinese and Western medicine group was greater than that of the Western medicine group(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of constipation in the Chinese and Western medicine group and the Chinese medicine group was lower than that in the western medicine group after 1 month of treatment(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions among the three groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of Zengye Decoction combined with Zhizhu Pills in the treatment of children with functional constipation of fluid deficiency and heat accumulation type is good,with safety.
