摘要
目的 :探讨返流性食管炎中医辨证与胃镜表现、胆汁返流及HP感染的相关性。方法 :对返流性食管炎14 2例的中医辨证和胃镜下表现、胆汁返流及HP感染等情况进行统计分析。结果 :返流性食管炎分级与中医主要辨证分型有相关性 ,A级以肝胃郁热型 (71 6 % )为主 ,B级以胆热犯胃型 (4 4 % )为主 ;返流性食管炎胆热犯胃型与内镜下胆汁返流密切相关 ,HP感染多为实证。结论 :胃镜表现、胆汁返流、HP感染等因素在中医分型证治中有一定的应用价值。在辨病的基础上结合内镜所见加以辨证分型 ,能提高辨证用药的准确性 。
Objective :To study the relationship of syndrome differentiation of reflux esophagitis among the endoscopic features,condition of bile reflux and infection of HP. Methods :According to syndrome differentiation,142 patients with reflux esophagitis were studied and the endoscopic features,condition of bile reflux and the infection of HP were analyzed. Results :The results showed that the grade of reflux esophagitis was related to the syndrome differentiation,grade A mainly to Liver-Stomach Heat type (71 6%),grade B mainly to Dan-Heat invading Stomach type (44%).There was great relationship between bile reflux and Dan-Heat invading Stomach type. Conclusion :This study suggests that the endoscopic features,condition of bile reflux and infection of HP have great value in syndrome differentiation of reflux esophagitis.Based on the disease,the combination of endoscopy and syndrome differentiation can improve the clinical efficiency.
