摘要
文章深入分析智能财务背景下纺织企业会计数字化转型面临的挑战,发现在数据整合方面存在数据分散、标准不统一等问题,在技术应用上对大数据、人工智能等新兴技术的融合应用存在困难,在人才培养环节缺乏既懂会计又熟悉数字化技术的复合型人才。针对这些挑战,应探索相应的转型路径,例如通过构建一体化数据管理平台解决数据整合问题、通过加强与技术企业合作推动技术应用、通过内部培养与外部引进打造复合型人才队伍等,从而助力纺织企业会计职能升级与创新发展。
The article deeply analyzes the challenges faced by textile enterprises in the digital transformation of accounting under the background of intelligent finance,and finds that there are problems such as data dispersion and inconsistent standards in data integration.There are difficulties in the integration and application of emerging technologies such as big data and artificial intelligence in technical applications,and there is a lack of composite talents who understand both accounting and digital technology in talent cultivation.In response to these challenges,corresponding transformation paths should be explored,such as solving data integration problems by building an integrated data management platform,promoting technology application through strengthening cooperation with technology enterprises,and building a composite talent team through internal training and external introduction,in order to help upgrade and innovate the accounting functions of textile enterprises.
