摘要
随着全球化进程的加速和市场经济的逐步成熟,纺织企业在迅速发展的同时面临着越来越复杂的财务风险,主要原因在于原材料价格的上涨、劳动力成本的增加以及资金筹措、资金运作和内部控制等方面的问题,进而导致生产成本不断上升。同时,国内外市场的激烈竞争促使部分纺织企业通过低价策略保持市场份额,进一步挤压利润空间。由于许多企业现有的财务管理体系无法有效适应外部环境的变化,难以有效应对财务风险,如何识别、预防并应对这些财务风险已成为纺织企业日常管理中的重要任务。文章旨在分析纺织企业面临的财务风险类型及其成因,探讨相应的风险防控措施,为我国纺织行业的可持续发展提供有益的参考。
With the acceleration of globalization and the gradual maturity of market economy,textile enterprises are facing increasingly complex financial risks while developing rapidly.The main reasons are the rise in raw material prices,the increase in labor costs,and problems in fundraising,fund operation and internal control,which in turn lead to the continuous increase in production costs.At the same time,fierce competition in domestic and international markets has prompted some textile enterprises to maintain market share through low price strategies,further squeezing profit margins.Due to the inability of many enterprises’existing financial management systems to effectively adapt to changes in the external environment and cope with financial risks,how to identify,prevent and respond to these financial risks has become an important task in the daily management of textile enterprises.The article aims to analyze the types and causes of financial risks faced by textile enterprises,explore corresponding risk prevention and control measures,providing useful references for the sustainable development of China’s textile industry.
