摘要
目的调查深圳市手术室护士工作-家庭行为角色冲突(WFBRC)的现状,分析主要影响因素。方法采用便利抽样法选取2023年11月至2024年9月深圳市公立医院391名手术室护士作为研究对象。采用自制一般资料调查问卷和工作-家庭行为角色冲突量表(WFBRCS)进行调查。结果391名手术室护士WFBRC总分为(91.13±18.75)分,工作对家庭的影响(WIF)维度得分为(54.12±11.19)分;家庭对工作的影响(FIW)维度得分为(37.01±11.01)分,WIF维度得分高于FIW维度得分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。多元线性回归分析结果显示,每周夜班数(β=0.128,B=3.049,95%CI:0.689~5.409)是WFBRC总分的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论深圳市手术室护士WFBRC呈中等偏上水平,工作对家庭的影响更大。护理管理者应重视护士的家庭需求,针对性采取措施降低冲突水平,促进护士工作与家庭和谐发展。
Objective To investigate the status quo of work-family behavioral role conflict(WFBRC)among operating room nurses in Shenzhen and analyze the main influencing factors.Methods A total of 391 operating room nurses in Shenzhen public hospitals from November 2023 to September 2024 were selected by convenience sampling method.The questionnaire and work-family behavior role conflict scale(WFBRCS)were used to investigate the problem.Results The total WFBRC score of 391 operating room nurses was(91.13±18.75)points,and the work interfere family(WIF)score was(54.12±11.19)points.The influence of family interfere work(FIW)score was(37.01±11.01)points,WIF score was higher than FIW score,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The results of multiple linear regression analysis show:Weekly night shift number(β=0.128,B=3.049,95%CI:0.689-5.409)was the factor influencing the total score of WFBRC(P<0.05).Conclusion The WFBRC level of operating room nurses in Shenzhen was above the medium level,and work had more influence on family.Nursing managers should pay attention to nurses'family needs,take targeted measures to reduce the level of conflict,and promote the harmonious development of nurses'work and family.
