摘要
目的:探讨神经内科护士的主要工作压力源及工作压力的主要影响因素。方法:采用中国护士工作压力源量表对神经内科护士做问卷调查。结果:神经内科护士工作压力源排在前五位的依次是工作量太大、护士工作未被患者及家属认可、患者的要求太高或太过分、担心工作中出现差错事故、患者病情过重。职称和婚姻状况是工作压力的主要影响因素。结论:护理管理者应根据具体工作压力源及其影响因素有的放矢的采取干预措施,以减轻护士工作压力,提高护理质量。
Objective: Neurology nurse to explore the main source of work stress and work pressure on the main factors. Methods :To investigate neurology by nurse. Chinese nurses stressor scale questionnaire. Results:Neurology nurse job stressors among the top five was the heavy workload of the nurses have not been admitted patients and their families, the patient~ request is too high or too far, fearing an accident at work errors, care of patients condition too heavy, title, and marital status are work pressure factor. Conclusion : The nurse manager should be based on the specific sources of work pressure and the influencing factors of targeted interventions,To reduce work stress and improve quality of care.
