摘要
针对目前职业院校制造类专业人才培养过程中存在的诸多问题,提出了数智时代制造类专业人才培养新模式,即重新定位目标行业需求、革新课程体系、贯穿数智化能力要求、构建双师型教师队伍,打造以“人才为基,专业为梯,数智为翼”的制造类专业人才培养新路径。
In response to the many problems existing in the process of manufacturing professional talents training in vocational colleges,a new model for training manufacturing professional talents in the era of digital intelligence is proposed,namely,repositioning the needs of the target industry,innovating the curriculum system,permeating the requirements of digital intelligence capabilities,building a dual-teacher teacher team,and creating a new path for training manufacturing professional talents based on"talent as the basis,major as the ladder,and digital intelligence as the wings".
