摘要
革命老区往往地处偏远,经济发展相对滞后,发展数字经济有利于老区产业结构转型升级,也催生了对高技能人才新的需求。作为高技能人才培养的主体,老区高职院校要积极适应数字经济发展要求,主动调整办学定位和专业结构。通过文献分析和调查研究,分析了数字经济发展对老区高职教育的影响以及老区高职教育专业数字化改造的形势,并以机电设备技术专业为例,提出了高职教育专业数字化改造的具体路径。实践表明,高职院校紧跟企业数字化转型步伐推进专业数字化改造,形势紧迫、非常必要、成效明显,对提升智能制造类专业培养质量有直接作用,对助推老区高质量发展有重要意义。
Old revolutionary areas are often located in remote areas and have relatively lagging economic development.The development of the digital economy is conducive to the transformation and upgrading of the industrial structure in old revolutionary base areas,and has also given rise to a new demand for high skilled talents.As the main body of cultivating high skilled talents,vocational colleges in old revolutionary base areas should actively adapt to the requirements of digital economy development,proactively adjust their educational positioning and professional structure.Through literature analysis and survey research,the impact of digital economy development on vocational education in old revolutionary base areas and the situation of digital transformation of vocational education majors in old revolutionary base areas were analyzed.Taking the Electromechanical Equipment Technology major as an example,specific paths for digital transformation of vocational education majors were proposed.Practice has shown that vocational colleges should closely follow the pace of enterprise digital transformation to promote professional digital transformation.The situation is urgent,the transformation very necessary,and the results are obvious.It will have a direct effect on improving the quality of training for intelligent manufacturing majors and is of great significance in promoting high-quality development in old revolutionary base areas.
