摘要
如何利用高等教育的社会经济价值实现共同富裕是当前学术研究的热点议题。文章基于中国家庭收入调查数据,针对高等教育的禀赋效应与价格效应展开实证研究,结果发现:(1)利用统计描述发现了教育与收入间的正相关性,高等教育组中的教育年限与年工资水平高于非高等教育组;(2)利用均值分析发现学历教育具有较强的个体增收效应,城乡劳动力的高等教育回报率达到49.2%,高于8.5%的整体教育回报率;(3)利用无条件分位数回归发现,教育回报率与高等教育回报率的异质性增收特征呈现出V型和N型曲线的分布结构,高等教育扩展的价格效应扩大了城乡劳动力的工资收入差距;(4)利用无条件分位数回归分解发现,高等教育和非高等教育组的总体收入差距随分位点的上升不断缩小,是否接受大学教育的禀赋效应是造成收入差距的主要原因。在此基础上,文章提出了利用高等教育实现共同富裕的政策建议。
How to use the social and economic value of higher education to achieve common prosperity is a hot topic in current academic research.Based on the data of CHIP,this paper conducts an empirical study on the endowment effect and price effect of higher education.It finds that:(1)Based on the statistical description,it is found that a positive correlation between education and income.The number of years of education and annual wages in the higher education group are higher than those in the non higher education group;(2)it is found that academic education has a strong individual income increasing effect,while the return on higher education of urban and rural labor force has reached 49.2%higher than the overall return on education of 8.5%by using the method of OLS;(3)It is found that the heterogeneous income growth characteristics of the return rate of education and the return rate of higher education show a V-shaped and N-shaped curve distribution structure.The price effect of the expansion of higher education expands the wage income gap between urban and rural labor by using the method of UQR;(4)The Rif-Oaxaca shows that the overall income gap between higher education and non higher education groups is narrowing with the increase of the quantile.The endowment effect of university education is the main reason for the income gap.On this basis,This paper puts forward some policy suggestions for realizing common prosperity by using higher education.
