铺龙湾煤业5110综放工作面回采支护设计

摘要 在工作面回采期间,对煤层顶板进行有效的支护非常必要。针对铺龙湾煤业5110综放工作面的地质情况,对工作面支护设计、工作面顶板控制以及超前支护进行了分析。经过校验,选择的液压支架和单体液压支柱均能满足正常回采期间顶板控制的需要。为了保证安全回采,回采时需要根据顶板的状况实时调整控顶距和超前支护的形式。研究可以为综放工作面回采期间的顶板支护设计提供一定的参考。 It is necessary to support the roof of coal seam effectively during the mining of working face. According to the geological condition of 5110 fully mechanized caving face in Pulongwan Coal Industry Co., Ltd., this paper analyzed the support design, roof control and advanced support of the working face. After verification, the selected hydraulic support and single hydraulic prop can meet the needs of roof control during normal mining. In order to ensure the safety of stoping, it is necessary to adjust the roof distance and the form of advanced support in real time according to the condition of the roof. The study can provide some reference for roof support design during fully mechanized caving mining.
