摘要
糖尿病足溃疡是指糖尿病患者因下肢血管、神经病变所致足部溃疡、感染等深层组织被破坏的一种常见并发症,和糖尿病患者长期血糖控制不当存在密切关联。对糖尿病足的治疗原则需对溃疡创面的坏组织进行有效清理,积极控制血糖,起到改善下肢微循环、调整营养神经系统等目的。近年来临床在对糖尿病足溃疡的治疗方面取得了一定的成果,其中超声清创刀可通过超声波穿透力来聚焦在坏死组织上,具有高度精确、微创等优点,在清洁伤口、促进坏死组织松脱分离等也有积极意义。文章对近年来糖尿病足溃疡的病因机制与超声清创刀治疗进展进行综述。
Diabetic foot ulecr refers to a common complication of diabetic patients whose deep tissues such as foot ulcer and infection are destroyed due to lower limb blood vessels and neuropathy,which is closely related to the improper long-term blood sugar control of diabetic patients.The principle of treating diabetic foot is to effectively clean the bad tissue of ulcer wound surface,actively control blood sugar,improve microcirculation of lower limbs,adjust nutritional nervous system and so on.In recent years,some achievements have been made in the treatment of diabetic foot ulcer,among which ultrasonic debridement knife can focus on necrotic tissue through ultrasonic penetration,which has the advantages of high accuracy and minimally invasive,and also has positive significance in cleaning wounds and promoting the loosening and separation of necrotic tissues.This paper reviews the etiology and mechanism of diabetic foot ulcer and the treatment progress of ultrasonic debridement knife in recent years.
