摘要
目的:设计应急隔离系统,作为在隔离区与清洁区之间设置的缓冲区,供医护人员出隔离区时消毒灭菌使用。方法:应急隔离系统采用多板拼接箱式结构,由框架、消毒灭菌、空气净化、自控等模块组成,具备空气隔断、快速消毒灭菌、空气高效净化功能。结果:样机试验结果表明,研制应急隔离系统自动控制功能正常,3min内对空气及物表试验菌种消杀率均>99.9%。结论:应急隔离系统的研制,为普通病房改造为隔离区提供了器材保障,具备一定实用价值。
Objective:To design an emergency isolation system as a buffer zone between the isolation area and the cleaning area,for medical staff to disinfect and sterilize when leaving the isolation area.Methods:The emergency isolation system adopts a multi panel splicing box structure,consisting of modules such as frame,disinfection and sterilization,air purification,and self-control,and has the functions of air isolation,rapid disinfection and sterilization,and efficient air purification.Results:The prototype test results showed that the automatic control function of the developed emergency isolation system was normal,and the disinfection and sterilization rate of air and surface test bacteria was more than 99.9%within 3 minutes.Conclusion:The development of emergency isolation systems provides equipment support for the transformation of ordinary wards into isolation areas,and has certain practical value.
