摘要
试验利用自制的脉冲强光冷杀菌装置,对青霉菌进行杀菌试验。闪照次数32次,输入电压3000V,菌液厚度3.4mm,菌液透光率100的条件下,致死率达100%,菌落直径为0mm,产孢量为0.875×106cfu/mL。结果表明,脉冲强光对青霉菌冷杀菌效果明显,有很好的应用前景。
Pulsed-light disinfection is an emerging cold disinfection technology. This test use-pulse light disinfection devices, commonly used for disinfection penicillium study. Through pilot studies, drawn input voltage to 3000V, flash as 32 times, depth of liquid of 3.4mm, transparency of 100, disinfection rate of 100%, colony diameter 0mm, off spore volume of 0.875×10^6fu/mL. Applications for pulse light practice with a theoretical basis.
