摘要
目的:探讨翻转课堂在实验室质量管理课程教学中的应用情况。方法:以2020级和2021级卫生检验与检疫专业116名学生为研究对象,其中2020级58名学生采用传统教学模式为对照组,2021级58名学生采用翻转课堂的教学模式为试验组。通过自制调查问卷调查2组学生对于实验室安全方面课程内容的满意情况,并对课程教学方法和教学效果进行评价。结果:试验组对仪器设备安全使用、化学品安全管理及废弃物处理授课内容的满意率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);对安全常识授课内容的满意率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);2组对教学方法和教学效果的评价中,试验组在提高课堂参与度、提升团队协助能力以及课堂活跃度方面满意率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:翻转课堂教学模式在实验室质量管理课程教学中的应用可以提升学生的实验室安全意识,激发学生的学习兴趣和主动性,可以有效提高学生的学习效率。
Objective:To explore the application of flipped classroom in the teaching of Laboratory Quality Management course.Methods:A total of 116 students majoring in Health Inspection and Quarantine in grade 2020 and 2021 were selected as the research subjects.Among them,58 students of grade 2020 received the traditional teaching mode as the control group,and 58 students of grade 2021 received the flipped classroom teaching mode as the experimental group.A self-designed questionnaire was conducted to investigate students'satisfaction with laboratory safety course content,and evaluate the teaching methods and effectiveness of the course.Results:The satisfaction rates of the experimental group with the teaching content on the safe use of instruments and equipment,chemical safety management and waste treatment were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the satisfaction rate of the teaching content of safety common sense(P>0.05).In the evaluation of teaching methods and teaching effects,the satisfaction rates of the experimental group in improving classroom participation,enhancing team assistance ability and classroom activity was higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of flipped classroom teaching method in teaching of Laboratory Quality Management course can enhance students'laboratory safety awareness,stimulate their learning interest and initiative,and effectively improve their learning efficiency.
