摘要
近年来,高校实验室安全事故屡见不鲜,暴露出高校在实验室管理过程中存在的管理体制机制建设滞后、师生安全意识不强、安全工作投入不足等问题。该文在国内外实验室安全管理体系建设的基础上,结合南京农业大学自身的特点,在建立健全实验室安全管理制度、注重实验室安全意识教育、加大实验室安全经费投入、加强实验室安全监管等方面进行了研究与总结,为农林类高校实验室安全管理体系的完善提供了思路与建议。
The frequent occurrence of university laboratory accidents in recent years exposed a number of problems in the management process of university laboratories,including the poor construction of system,teachers’and students’lack of safety awareness,the insufficient investment in security system.On the basis of investigation and research of laboratory safety management system at home and abroad and its own characteristics,Nanjing Agricultural University established and improved the laboratory safety management system,enhanced the education of safety consciousness,increased the investment in laboratory safety management,and improved the supervision of laboratory security,providing some fruitful thoughts and suggestions about the improvement of laboratory safety management system for agricultural and forestry universities.
