摘要
高职院校学生管理面临着学生群体的多样化、管理需求的复杂化以及信息化技术的冲击等诸多新问题。构建科学、高效、动态的学生管理体系,成为高职院校亟待解决的问题。基于系统论、人本主义及信息化等理论,构建了一套以这些理论为基础的方法论,提出了一套科学、高效、动态的学生管理体系和实施路径,从管理理念、管理体制、信息化建设以及评估体系等方面对学生管理工作提出优化策略,从而推动和塑造高职院校学生管理新范式和新局面。
Student management in higher vocational colleges is confronted with new problems such as the diversification of student groups,the complexity of management demands,and the impact of information technology.Based on theories such as systems theory,humanism and informatization,the paper constructs the methodology,proposes a set of scientific,efficient and dynamic student management system and implementation path,and proposes optimization strategies for student management work from management concepts,management systems,informatization construction and evaluation system,thereby promoting and shaping the new paradigm and situation of student management in higher vocational colleges.
