摘要
轻化工程专业致力于培养造纸、制革、纺织等领域的专业人才,具有显著的应用型人才培养特征。为提升我国轻化工程专业学生管理的整体水平,以就业优先战略为指导,对当前我国轻化工程专业学生管理工作的特点及核心挑战等进行了深入分析。研究发现,我国的轻化工程专业学生管理普遍存在就业导向与管理重心脱节等问题,基于此,从构建“认知—规划—赋能”一体化生涯发展体系等角度,对就业优先战略背景下轻化工程专业学生管理的模式和方法进行了详细分析。
The major of light chemical engineering is dedicated to cultivating professional talents in papermaking,leather tanning,textile and other fields,and has a strong characteristic of application-oriented talent cultivation.In order to improve the overall level of student management in the light chemical engineering major in China,guided by the employment priority strategy,a detailed analysis was conducted on the characteristics and core challenges of the current student management work in the light chemical engineering major in China.It is believed that there are generally problems such as the disconnection between employment orientation and management focus in the student management of the light chemical engineering major in China.from the perspectives of constructing an integrated career development system of“cognition-planning-empowerment”,a detailed analysis was conducted on the models and methods of student management in the light chemical engineering major under the background of the employment priority strategy.
