摘要
本文结合抚顺职业技术学院专业群建设实际情况,分析了“岗课赛证”综合育人模式的实施背景与基础,以机电一体化技术专业群专业建设为例,从优化“基础通用、模块组合、各具特色”的工学结合课程体系、推行“校企联动、精准共育”的特色学徒制人才培养、践行产教融合等方面入手,对“岗课”融合、“课证”融通、“课赛”融合进行了实践和研究,以供同行参考。
Based on the construction of the mechatronics technology professional cluster in Fushun Vocational Technology Institute,the paper analyzes the implementation background and foundation of the comprehensive education mode of“post,course,competition and certificate”.Taking the construction of mechatronics technology professional cluster as an example,we have carried out practice and research on the integration of“jobs and courses”,“courses and certificates”,and“courses and competitions”,starting from optimizing the work-study integrated curriculum system,promoting the“school-enterprise linkage and precise co-cultivation”characteristic apprenticeship system for talent cultivation,and practicing the integration of industry and education.
