摘要
针对当前机电一体化技术专业建设过程中遇到的问题,通过比较传统教学与OBE教学的优缺点,基于“结果导向,反向设计”的思路,聚焦智能制造技术,设计机电一体化技术专业人才培养方案。基于“成果导向,项目驱动”理念构建能力素养指标全覆盖的课程体系,打造一支能熟练使用数字化技术进行课程资源开发和开展数字化教学的“双师”教学团队。依据持续改进理论,形成周期性、螺旋式上升的“评价、反馈、改进、提高”机制,为职业教育教学目标达成的评价方法和质量保障体系的构建提供依据,为高职院校相关专业建设提供参考。
Focusing on intelligent manufacturing technology,this paper compared the advantages and disadvantages of traditional teaching and OBE teaching in response to the problems encountered in the current construction process of mechatronics technology major,and designed a talent training program for it on basis of the concept of“result oriented,reverse design”.Besides,we have constructed the curriculum system with comprehensive coverage of competency indicators based on the concept of“outcome-oriented,project-driven”and created a“double-qualified teacher”teaching team that can proficiently use digital technology for curriculum resource development and conduct digital teaching.Finally,a periodic and spiral upward mechanism of“evaluation-feedback-improvement-enhancement”was formed in accordance with the theory of continuous improvement,which provided reference for the construction of evaluation methods and quality assurance systems for achieving teaching objectives in vocational education as well as inspiration for the construction of related majors in other higher vocational colleges.
