摘要 目的探讨CT与磁共振弥散加权成像(DWI)在腔隙性脑梗死(LI)诊断中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析100例LI患者的病历资料,均行CT与DWI检查。比较CT与DWI对不同直径和部位病灶的检出率。结果DWI的LI检出率、直径≤5mm病灶检出率,以及小脑、额叶、丘脑病灶检出率均高于CT,直径6~10 mm与直径>10 mm病灶检出率、内囊病灶检出率均低于CT(P<0.05)。结论DWI能够有效提升LI病灶检出率,明确病灶位置,在微小病灶检出中具有重要作用。 Objective To explore the application value of CT and diffusion-weighted magnetic resonance imaging(DWI)in the diagnosis of lacunar infarction(LI).Methods The medical data of 100 LI patients were analyzed retrospectively.All of them underwent CT and DWI examinations.The detection rates of CT and DWI for lesions of different diameters and locations were compared.Results The detection rate of LI,detection rate of lesions with diameter≤5 mm,and detection rates of lesions in the cerebellum,frontal lobe,and thalamus of DWI were higher than those of CT,and the detection rates of lesions with diameter of 6~10 mm and lesions with diameter>10 mm,and the detection rate of lesions in the internal capsule were lower than those of CT(P<0.05).Conclusions DWI can effectively improve the detection rate of LI lesions,clarify the location of lesions,and play an important role in the detection of small lesions.
