摘要
国防语言作为特定研究领域在二战后才受到广泛关注并发展起来,但是国防语言能力建设应该有着更为久远的历史,当下也呈现出更为广阔的发展前景。回顾相关研究,梳理人类社会自国家形成以来的国防语言能力建设情况,特别是人类社会早期历史、近代史、两次世界大战、冷战与后冷战、反恐战争、互联网时代以及智能时代的国防语言能力建设的内涵、特点与主要表现,旨在揭示:早期,国防语言能力主要体现在人力的声音强度、语言的修辞表现力、联盟关系的利害关系把握与能力形成;后期,语言越来越与科学技术特别是综合国力支撑下的前沿科技紧密联系在一起。当下,国防语言能力越来越注重前后方同时实施影响,前后方全员精确塑造影响,全方位跨语言、跨文化全球塑造影响;更加呈现出从物理空间主导走向网络空间主导、多模态共同打造、算力算法数据联合、智能平台系统与装备共同拓展,且以大语言模型和智能体为主要力量的发展态势。国防语言能力建设迈向无尽的科技前沿。
Though the concept of national defense language was created after the second world war,the construction of national defense language may have a much longer history.With a review of the relevant studies concerning national defense language,this paper makes a historical discussion of the construction of national defense language capacity,covering the early history of the founding of countries,the modern times,the period from world war one to world war two,the war against terrorism and the era of artificial intelligence,focusing on the major contents,features and specific demonstrations.The research shows that the early national defense capacity is more realized in the form of the toughness of voice,the persuasive power of the rhetoric,and the analysis of the forming allies;when national defense language meets with science and technology,it is more and more influenced by the frontier advanced technology sustained by the comprehensive national power.The national language capacity underwent through the process from the near-distance game of human strength or power,to the long-distance projection of power or strength threat,simultaneous impact upon the people in the front or back of the battlefield,the precise shaping of the impact upon the people in the front or back of the battlefield,to the global influence upon the people in the cross-language and cross-culture background.During this process,the national defense language capacity goes through the major stages from the physical space to the cyber space as the major space,multi-modality as the major expressive forms,the integration of computing power,algorithm and data,to the extension of AI system or facilities and the language model,AI agent and AI supported robots.The construction of national defense capacity now is going on the path of endless frontiers of science and technology.
