摘要
本研究旨在探究捕食性天敌昆虫红彩瑞猎蝽Rhynocoris fuscipes对菜青虫Pieris rapae的生物防治潜力。通过室内试验,系统评估了红彩瑞猎蝽若虫和成虫对菜青虫的捕食能力、搜寻效应、干扰效应及防治潜力。结果显示,不同虫态的红彩瑞猎蝽对2~3龄菜青虫幼虫的捕食功能反应均符合HollingⅡ模型,随着猎物密度增加,捕食能力增强,搜寻效应相应降低。红彩瑞猎蝽雄成虫对菜青虫3龄幼虫的瞬时攻击率最高(0.575);雌成虫对菜青虫3龄幼虫处理时间最短(0.024 d),理论日最大捕食量最高(41.7头),控害效能最高(16.833)。当菜青虫3龄幼虫密度为10头/皿时,红彩瑞猎蝽雄成虫对其搜寻效应最高(0.50)。此外,红彩瑞猎蝽对菜青虫3龄幼虫的捕食作用受到自身密度的干扰,红彩瑞猎蝽5龄若虫的干扰系数最大(0.447);4龄若虫和雌雄成虫的干扰系数略低,分别为0.347、0.438、0.436;3龄若虫的干扰系数最小(0.292)。研究结果表明,红彩瑞猎蝽对菜青虫幼虫具有显著的防控潜力,尤其是5龄若虫和成虫。
The aim of this study was to investigate the biological control potential of the predator Rhynocoris fuscipes against cabbage worm Pieris rapae.Through laboratory experiments,the predatory ability,search effect,interference effect and control potential of nymphs and adults of R.fuscipes against cabbage worm were systematically evaluated.The results showed that the predation functional responses of predator at different life stages against P.rapae were consistent with the HollingⅡmodel,indicating that with the increase of prey density,the predation ability was enhanced,and the searching efficiency was correspondingly decreased.The instantaneous attack rate of male adults on P.rapae was the highest(0.575).The female adults had the shortest handling time(0.024 d),and the maximum daily predation(41.7)and highest predation capacity(16.833)against the 3rd instar larvae of P.rapae.When the density of P.rapae was 10 per dish,the searching efficiency of the male adult was the highest(0.50).In addition,the predation was affected by its own density,and the disturbance coefficient of the 5th instar nymphs was the largest(0.447).The interference coefficients of the 4th instar nymphs and male and female adults were 0.347,0.438 and 0.436,respectively.The interference coefficient of the 3rd instar nymphs was the smallest(0.292).The above results showed that R.fuscipes had significant potential to control P.rapae,especially in the 5th instar nymphs and adults.
